allie hubert, 200RYT
Yoga is the rock that keeps Allie sane. She works in landscape architecture, after graduating in 2013 from Ball State University in Indiana and moving to the Bay Area in 2014. Allies yogic background is sourced from stress management and physical therapy. She pulls from that in her personal practice, and wants to be able to provide her students with tools for a yoga practice that they can not only turn to in tough times, but eventually to help maintain balance in everyday life. Yoga has appeared and reappeared throughout her years, in the forms of hatha, asthanga, yin and vinyasa. She also has a background in dance, from her earlier years, and liked to play in her practice a lot. She came to giggling lotus as desk sitter in 2015 and graduated from the Giggling Lotus Life School 200RYT Teacher Training in 2016. She will be pursuing a 500-hour training in the near future.
