Taking Your TMI Meditation Practice Off-the-Cushion


Meditation is meant to extend beyond the cushion and can have a profound effect on your daily experience. In this workshop you will learn and practice mindfulness exercises that will help to facilitate the seamless integration of your meditation practice with your daily life. A schedule of mindfulness practices will be suggested so that you can fold them into your daily life as is appropriate for you.
