Meghan decided to try yoga to learn more about her Indian origins when she was sixteen. Through the years, she continued her practice on and off, developing a regular practice in 2013. Whilst on a flight to Manchester, Meghan was inspired to join Life School teacher training at Giggling Lotus. She completed training in the spring of 2017 and looks forward to her continuing journey as a yogi.
Meghan loves incorporating body alignment, pranayama, and fun tunes to her yoga practice and teaching.
