Partner Yoga Workshop
Bring your partner, friend or family to an all-levels, playful partner yoga workshop. Become more deeply connected by supporting each other in your yoga practice and by learning to observe and open yourself to a more intuitive relationship by recognizing yourself in your partner. You will learn some fun ways of partnering your poses, do some drawing, do some partner meditating and have an all around fun and engaging experience.
Explore physical and mental boundaries that you cannot reach in your own practice alone. With a partner, you can practice yoga with less weight on the ground, or provide a stronger foundation for your partner’s postures. The most common question we get is: my partner/friend has never done yoga, will they feel out of place? Answer: NO! This class is about fun and connection, with no experience required. What if I don't have a partner? Please come too. You will have one at this workshop!
