How to Train Your Dragon (bandha workshop) with Mimi Moncier

Unlock the power of your bandhas! Just like when you close your eyes to hear music more clearly, you can engage a bandha to direct your energy to help you ease-fully create more depth in a yoga pose. Bandhas are specific, subtle muscular contractions. Coupled with pranayama, bandhas help to stoke your fire in a positive and efficient way. We will locate the 3 major bandhas, connect them with the yoga poses we know and love, and then go through a bandha-ful, breathful asana practice! No previous experience required and all levels welcome.
