BEING YIN: Balancing the Seasonal Body with Mimi Moncier

Learn how to balance your seasonal energetic body with a thorough YIN and meditation practice. First you will prepare your body by cultivating a clear breath through pranayama. Then we will move through a passive yin practice interwoven with some active asana to un-congest energetic channels so that the mind becomes smooth before you move into a yummy meditation practice with visualizations meant to calm and give you a sense of grounding and lightness. You will leave with a 60 min home practice for use as the season progresses.
