Find your WHOLE core in this vigorous workshop. The core is typically associated with the abdomen only but it is so much more. Like the stripe on a beautiful Belted Galloway Cow, it wraps around the body 360 degrees and also pervades all the way to your true center in the body. The muscular support for your center is also in all of the surrounding muscle groups including the glutes, the muscles of the thighs and the muscles in the upper body. It is also in the realm of the mind; you might consider it to be your axis mundi, your main central or your essence. We will explore all of these concepts with a thorough workout and a daily home practice to keep you supported all day long.
