Life Lab (Ayurveda Day 1): Introduction to Fundamentals of Ayurveda with Luke Karamol

Ayurveda is the 5000 year old “science of life” and the sister science of Yoga which describes the means for leading a healthy, balanced, and meaningful life. The concepts of Ayurveda are simple, yet profound and rooted in a cosmology that recognizes the inherent interconnectedness of all things- Now more than ever before do the principles of Ayurveda illuminate a path to the future for humanity as well as present us a system of healthcare as we aim to find balance and harmony in a world in a precarious state of imbalance. In this course we will understand the foundations of Ayurveda- the four aims of life; the five elements and the twenty gunas; the tri Doshic theory. Please join us for an introductory exploration to one of the world’s oldest holistic tools for cultivating health and happiness.
