Come to Mimi's Restorative Self-Training Workshop.  She will teach you how and why restorative yoga is so beneficial to you.

Rest, as distinct from sleep, is sorely missing from our everyday lives. Rest is key to sustaining a healthy level of energy so that you do not deplete your prana (life force), but rather refuel as you restore….all the while creating a bounty of the nectar of life.

This training is for anyone who wants to nourish themselves on a regular basis and for yoga teachers who want to integrate restorative into their teaching.

This self-training is eligible for continuing education credits with the Yoga Alliance.
