Have you ever wondered why we celebrate significant and meaningful moments in our lives? These rituals ground us. Learn to ground more frequently by creating meaningful ritual in your daily life. You will use the tools of yoga to draw on your own experiences and wisdom to find resonant activities to create your own daily ritual. You will:
    - Learn simple and repetative yoga movements particularly suited to your daily needs.
    - Learn a short meditation and mindfulness practice.
    - Learn how to use a mala and mantra to set an intention for your ritual.
