In this workshop the body will be detailed through conscious breath work and precise use of the proper muscle groups to help you physically grow and strengthen your body & mind & spirit to nourish your dance practice. Consciously, you will move and observe your body while learning to incorporate your core as a physical energetic body.
You will become aware of the importance of breath work and building a relationship with breath linked movements as they increase the precision of your dancing.
