Rather than focusing on the anatomical details of the pelvic floor, this workshop is designed to help you learn to feel the tone of the pelvic floor and to learn to keep it supple through the release and engagement of the pelvic floor muscles.
In this workshop you will:
- learn how your posture can effect the health of the pelvic floor.
- learn specific exercises that will help you keep a healthy tone and elasticity in the pelvic floor muscles.
