Join us in at our mini-meditation retreat. This is a perfect opportunity for you to ground and connect with yourself easily during your busy week.
We will hold space for you to explore your inner landscape through seated + walking meditations, yin yoga, and embodiment exercises that use both drawing and journaling.
A dharma talk will start the afternoon and we will end with a session of communing through the optional sharing of our experiences. This retreat will be silent with the exception of a question/answer period at the end of the initial dharma talk and our discussion before closing the session.
Please bring a sketch book and writing instruments for drawing and journaling.
