Active Listening in Life and in Yoga with Monika Bernstein

Master the often difficult discipline of Active Listening in every day life, and on the yoga mat.

Research suggests that we remember only between 25-50% of what we hear. By mastering active listening skills, not only
are we able to better hear what is being said, we also enhance our relationships, both personally and professionally. 

Similarly, when we actively listen to our bodies, we create a deeper sense of self-awareness. Through embodiment and
mindfulness we move forward to living a meaningful, and healthy life.

In this workshop we will learn the tools and methods to be become masters of active listening, and we will acquire the skills of embodiment on our yoga mats through a careful curation of sequenced poses.
