Practice mindfulness and connect with your body through a Yin-Yang yoga sequence for athletes. This workshop will help find balance for those who practice strenuous sports such as: horseback riding, running, and climbing.
Equestrian and yogi, Bianca Bianchi, will lead the class through a series of poses designed to improve strength and flexibility within the key muscle groups used by horseback riders: Core, Quads, Hamstrings, Psoas and Glutes.
No yoga experience is required.
