Get fit by joining us in the ancient practice of yoga. Get aligned by starting your day off right early mornings (6:30-7:30am) to explore a wholesome approach to the mind + body experience. We will explore:
- the lengthening aspects of yoga
- the strengthening aspects of core-work
- the heart and breath enhancing aspects of cardio
2 weeks, M|W|F $110, 3 Bootcamp classes per week
